Hey Eddie! Yea family and work have just been taking up 100% of my time barely get to charge out my 90 mins a day for training.
Body fat done before cycle had me at 16.2% BF and at end of cycle it came in at 14.6% so slight improvement and all was done with calipers. I know the water displacement ones are the best but same measurement technique done by my trainer so it’s relative.
Ive been steadily growing for the past 10 years. Right around my wedding in 2014 I was 238. Very lean but not anywhere near the muscle mass I have now. I’ve since put on around 3-4 pounds a year so over 10 years that’s how I’ve gotten to 280+ but I’m thinking micro dosing retatrutide like Dylan suggested in my other thread and running gw501516 and just getting back down into the 260ish range would be a good change of pace over the next 5 months until i hit my next cycle.
I’m also considering igf or hgh but considering my needs retatrutide might be best?
