Hey everyone, I’m curious about the long-term sustainability of muscle gains from Superdrol vs Dianabol. Both are powerful steroids for bulking, but I want to know which one offers more sustainable muscle mass once the cycle is over.

Specifically, if we exclude water retention and focus only on actual muscle tissue, which one results in more lasting gains?

I’m looking for insights from those who have used both or have experience with either compound. Any thoughts on how the muscle gained from these compounds holds up after the cycle is complete? Appreciate your input!

@parazpro I dont think the conversation here should be about superdrol or dianabol for you to be honest.

I read your other posts and we never got an actual log to understand you. All lasting gains are from actual training and diet not steroids. If you want actual help, please share a log.

Again I'll follow up the original sentiment, if you want generic help. Here you go, use dbol, because superdrol gives a lot of sides and headaches to users.

@parazpro I was checking your other posts, you're from the land up North so Winter is your bulk for sure bro ;)

On the questions, those are really hard to answer in a subjective matter as related to you, but easy if you want generic answers.

Generic answer
1) trenbolone does nothing of the sort
2) tren does nothing of the sort
Both answers are true, trenbolone is basically a "strong" testosterone so as with any steroid diet, training, cardio, sleep, supps, cortisol stress and more plays into actual results. @Pigsy @AE1079 can add to this

Subjective answer related to you specifically @parazpro is this, its not normal to go from natty to trenbolone and "other" compounds. But I've had clients do it like that.
If you want actual help from us, real info, we need to learn more about you, a lot more.
how can we learn? you need to share with us, how? well easy, start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, share diet training cardio sleep and supps and we will guide you during this bulk as a big EVO family

@parazpro I see by your answer we have a misunderstanding here. You're prepping for a "cycle" log, but what you need to be doing is a PRE-cycle log, where we discuss and prepare you for a cycle. That's not he same as a cycle log.

The "pre-cycle" log would allow us to understand your current base, diet training cardio sleep and history so we can plan your actual cycle.
You're not going to get judged on EVO, EVO Family is a no judgement zone. Trust us, start a NEW thread with the pre cycle log, put all the questions and statements there and we'll guide you. :D

@parazpro I see by your answer we have a misunderstanding here. You're prepping for a "cycle" log, but what you need to be doing is a PRE-cycle log, where we discuss and prepare you for a cycle. That's not he same as a cycle log.

Fully agree, a cycle planning log is a must :) @parazpro
 
honestly i think both would be low on the list.

superdrol is for quick strength gains
dbol is for quick mass gains

if you want long term sustainable then go with slow and quality gains from EQ, primo, deca etc

No AAS is better at keeping gains post cycle. That's on your training and diet

And aren't you on Tren currently? At 24
 
Definitely get some pictures going then.
At the end of the day, your goals right now may change.
 
A log Journal will be crucial here.

It will help us guide you and tell you, which they're always with work best.
 
dbol is bloat city.
Lots of water retention on it. It might not be what you're looking for.
 
dianabol is water weight.

superdrol is more strength and lean size.
 
Both of these orals carry, a lot of side effects, but very different side effects.

It really boils down to how much experience you have, which oils have you used already?
 
My advice is get the log going as soon as possible.
As crazy as it sounds, we can simply look at you and give you some good advice on what you should take.
 
bros superdrol not something you can take often.
comes with bigtime sides. this is why a log important to help you.
 
Dbol or drol. No superdrol horrible sides
