@Supertiredwantfood thats a good training split, i would stick to 1-2 glute days max, no need to have 3 a bit over

Diet

- scrambled eggs on toast
- Kangaroo, veg and rice
- protein bar
- chicken, veg and rice
- Coffee (with milk) and apple

Supplements
- 5g creatine
- Ginger sea moss

Training

- 60 mins walking

Mental health and spiritual
- first up good news - i was baptised today!!
- now bad news - i fell asleep 12am after trying for 2 hrs to get to sleep. Kept waking up from nausea on and off until 3:30am and couldn't go back to sleep. 3.5 hrs sleep last night and about the same the night before. I am so tired. Anxiety has been so bad, crippling. I thought i might not even be able to go to church/get baptised today because i was freaking out about leaving the house :/

if i take a nap during the day i won't be able to sleep at all at night :(

Standing abduction: 1x12/110kg, 3x8/120kg
Rear kick: 4x12/75kg
Standing leg curl: 3x12/15kg, 1x11/15kg
Sled calf raise: 4x10/120kg

Cardio
- 1 hr 40 mins walking

Mental health and spiritual
- i slept last night!! Uninterrupted
- mentally doing ok today very cool

Notes
- skipped meds yesterday as I'm going to start taking them morning or midday (just post training) because nausea was ruining sleep when taking at night. Took them post training today around 11am

noticed you said you skipped meds and felt fine, maybe try taking eod and see how you feel and get sleep well

just skipped meds so i didnt overdose as i am taking them morning- midday now
 
How did you get those scars on your quads?
i used to put a razor blade or some hot metal to my skin any time i was angry, as a way of relieving that feeling so that i didn't take it out on anyone i was pissed off at (as you can see, that happened a lot, lol)
 
Make sure you keep a clean diet and keep up with the cardio
