Diet

- scrambled eggs on toast and coffee
- chicken, egg and veg x2
- apples
- kombucha

Supplements
- 5g creatine
- Ginger sea moss

Training
Romanian deadlift: 1x6/50kg, 4x8/70kg
Standing abduction: 1x12/110kg, 3x8/120kg
Rear kick: 4x12/75kg
Standing leg curl: 3x12/15kg, 1x11/15kg
Sled calf raise: 4x10/120kg

Cardio
- 1 hr 40 mins walking

Mental health and spiritual
- i slept last night!! Uninterrupted
- mentally doing ok today very cool

Notes
- skipped meds yesterday as I'm going to start taking them morning or midday (just post training) because nausea was ruining sleep when taking at night. Took them post training today around 11am

interesting do you remember what you were getting angry over was it a guy?
lol i'd never get upset over a man. i don't even know, half the time it was something completely delusional in my head and i knew it, other times it was real and valid anger
 
i used to put a razor blade or some hot metal to my skin any time i was angry, as a way of relieving that feeling so that i didn't take it out on anyone i was pissed off at (as you can see, that happened a lot, lol)
My daughter did this. Thankfully very briefly. I know others talked about being numb and this made them 'feel'.

i'm glad at least it didn't carry on too long - mine went on for years. you can actually see the escalation of the scars over the years from smaller to bigger. i have a large burn on my arm from 2 fucking years ago that's STILL healing because it was so deep. yes heard of the numbness thing... i think that's probably more common than anger from what i've heard. horrible thing really and it's addictive too

well for what its worth early in my teen years i used to take my sisters hair iron and burn my upper arm. not really sure why, just thought it would be cool to give myself a burn mark that was visible when i wore cut offs
we do dumb things as young people
 
sista i used to punch myself in head back in day, did that a lot as kid due to learning disabilities
knowing you better then most everyone here (aside from mobster and JP probably) i would say you were actually a very intelligent dude
but when you are young and 'different/unique' then others tend to pick on you when being the way you are is actually an advantage.
i know with me i was different in many ways too growing up but as an adult those differences have given me an unfair advantage over my peers in life making me way more successful then i should be based on my background

do your best to concentrate on positive things and things that make you happy thats the important step imo
