Starting a new thread for my log as I'm no longer going to be taking PEDs and it just made sense as I'm going to be doing 6 weeks of an experimental diet, felt it deserved its own dedicated and clear title.
I will upload a clear video and some photos tomorrow as a "before" along with tomorrow's log.

Goal of diet:
- To challenge myself
- As an experiment, for educational purposes
- To measure its effectiveness in losing body fat while retaining lean muscle

Current measurements:
Height: 163cm/5"4
Waist: 68cm
Bust: 92cm
Glutes: 96cm
Thigh: 53cm
Upper arm: 31cm

Current maintenance:
- 2100 kcal

Deficit calories:
- 1750 kcal (350 kcal deficit)

Diet:
- Will consist of beef and pork mince mostly, with likelihood of incorporating eggs, salmon and other high-fat animal foods as time goes on.
- Water and black coffee only with exception of pre-workout.

Supplements:
- Fish oil (2g)
- Vitamin C (1g)
- Women's multivitamin
- Creatine (5g)

Duration:
- 6 weeks (potentially longer if I find it to be effective)

Training experience:
- 1.5 yrs

Current training:
- Picture of program below, will continue on as usual

What will be included in log:
- Diet/everything I ate and drank that day, along with macros and calories
- Training
- Progress pictures
- Weekly measurement updates
- Detailed notes on any side effects (mood swings, energy levels, pump, sleep - EVERYTHING)

Like I said I want this to be a challenge and a detailed experiment for people to follow along with, to be educational. At the conclusion of this I'll give it a rating and if I'd recommend it. Now I know this diet is not new at all, but I haven't seen any detailed, daily logs with good progress photos and updates yet. So if you're interested do follow along, I'm sure it will be quite the challenge.

ENERGY: (7/10)
- Energy felt the same as usual, I'm expecting that to change over next few days as keto flu sets in

SLEEP: (8/10)
- Got 7 hours in last night before I was woken up involuntarily by my dog, feel well rested though

NOTES:
- Thought I'd try intermittent fasting why not
- Forgot to mention in original post that I am natural and plan on staying natural for anyone new that wasn't following my old log
- Feeling extra thirsty today, drank more than usual
- Had some stomach trouble while training (only cramps/the FEELING of it, though) i think due to high fat as my body isn't used to it yet.
- Hardest part so far is not having artificial sweeteners... I have a huge sweet tooth. Food is easy though! I love meat.
