6TH SEPTEMBER LOG

DIET:

Meal #1: 6:30AM
- chicken and pork mince
- frozen veg
- Psyllium husk (1 tbsp)

Pre workout snack: 11:00AM
- 1 large banana

Meal #2: 1:30PM
- chicken and pork mince
- frozen veg

Water/coffee:
- no clue but not a lot today

DAY TOTAL: (not including half a donut i ate and BBQ, it was all at church lol)
- 1232.7 kcal
- 158.8g protein
- 50.8g carbs
- 41.8g fat

SUPPLEMENTS:
- Creatine (5g)
- Fish oil (2g)

TRAINING:

Squats:
- 1 set of 6, 40kg
- 4 sets of 12, 50kg (really hitting depth went lighter)

Romanians:
- 3 sets of 12, 50kg
- 1 set of 6 - had to stop halfway through 💀

Prone leg curl:
- 4 sets of 10, "6"

Seated leg extension:
- 4 sets of 10, "8"

CARDIO:

- 4+ hrs walking (fast pace) very active day

NOTES:
- since adding in vegetables I've noticed digestion issues (BAD bloating, cramps etc) but fruit was fine. Don't know if i should ride it out or remove it... also I'm sure you guys know gas/bloating + leg day = not fun lol big reason why i went light today 😂 if anyone is curious the veg was carrot, beans, corn, broccoli, zucchini and potato in a frozen veg mix.

Waist: 67.5cm (-0.5cm)
Bust: 91cm (-1cm)
Glutes: 95cm (-1cm)
Thigh: 54cm (+1cm)
Upper arm: 31cm (same)
sister didn't know you went to church too. you will like texas .. lots of churches here

Sorry guys been gone a couple days will be on and off for a bit. Gotta get some assessments done and also family stuff atm, diet and training same old. Nice beach pics from yesterday though. Found a bunch of jellyfish chilling on the sand, had fruit for lunch.

Hey everyone sorry life's been a shitshow, training getting better after introducing carbs back in. Diet recently has been protein oats and a bit of fruit that's all I can manage for now lol. I'll upload a pump video from the other day and also glute/hammy growth from a few months ago to now. Also I apologise for the format being fkd I'm uploading from my phone
