how about you change wheetbix to oatmeal?

There is nothing that would make me think that she can’t eat whatever carb she wants. She is young, healthy with a lot of muscle. Unless you are actively diabetic, total carbs are what matter, not carb quality. A normally functioning person can cruise right through wheetabix or whatever. At some point it might be smarter to move toward slower carbs, but give a girl a break.

You must be eating more wheatabix than me
sister need cleaner carbs to take things to next level
oatmeal better than wheetbix. what if you are Gluten Sensitive?
there was no food left in the house had to resort to weetbix for carbs, gotta go shopping today

really the only thing we can ding you on is the diet can be a little tighter

what kind of instructor are you exactly? Do you do it at a gym or at a private place
gym ownership isn't worth it. Very hard to pull a profit and a lot of work for no real reason
I could see you growing a nice niche in the fitness industry. I can see you owning a gym too
didn't know you did instructions. Do you do consultations and that sort of thing as well?
i'm halfway through a qualification to become a personal trainer - don't think i'd go into gym ownership. Not aPT yet just had to train people for a group exercise assessment practical
