sista keep up the good work. what meds you currently taking so we can track it? we love you and want you to do well on or off the meds.
lamotrigine 200mg (management of aggression, excitability, mood swings)
fluvoxamine 100mg (management of obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression)
once daily morning with food
i know dosages are big, this is what was prescribed by a psych
 
11TH NOVEMBER LOG:

DIET: 1365kcal/142P/89C/32F
- 3x protein up and go's
- 2x protein bars
- slice of bread with peanut butter
- Coffee

SUPPLEMENTS:
- 5g creatine
- 400mg caffeine pre-workout

EXERCISE:

Bench press:
- 1 set of 6, 40kg
- 2 sets of 5, 50kg
- 1 set of 4, 50kg

Cable pullover:
- 1 set of 12, 15kg
- 1 set of 12, 17.5kg
- 1 set of 9, 20kg
- 1 set of 8, 20kg

One arm mid row: (weight is per arm)
- 1 set of 12, 30kg
- 1 set of 12, 35kg
- 2 sets of 11, 40kg

Seated row:
- 4 sets of 10, 30kg

Db shoulder press:
- 1 set of 10, 14kg
- 3 sets of 8, 14kg

Cable crossover:
- 1 set of 7, 3.75kg
- 1 set of 6, 3.75kg
- 2 sets of 12, 2.5kg

NOTES:
Did not sleep much last night. Got in 1.5 hrs before i woke up from nausea (side effect of meds) so very tired. Then got another couple hours in before i had to wake up.
Shit appetite but forcing food down for the gains. Vomited a little bit too today.
Lots of brain fog

Looking great. Arms, shoulders and lats seem to improving daily.
Lot of respect for you. I've dealt with some mental/substance issues in the past and i know how difficult they are to overcome.
You seem to on the right path for YOU. That is the key.
It's really great that you are sharing not only your physical improvements but also your mental and spiritual one's as well. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!!

She is gonna have sides. She just got back on them. These drugs take time for the body to get used to. Should prob listen and consult with her Doc on this. These are not drugs you wanna play around with. IMO we should be giving her advice on her physique/diet/training only unless she asks specifically for advice on other stuff.
She is on her own path and has been very gracious to share her struggles and successes with us. None of us are in her shoes so we need to just support her unless she asks for help.

thank you, yes i think transparency is best. mental affects physical and vice versa it's al intertwined.

usually you'd start off smaller dose then work up but i just wanted it over and done with
 
Yes her doctor needs to be working with her to get her sorted the last thing she needs is to be throwing up all night
i won't be throwing up all night, i just forced myself to eat when i shouldn't have today. moving forward i'll just wait until i'm super hungry seems to be the only time i don't feel like throwing up after eating atm
