Guys are there any good supplement to help improve eyesight?

My sister is trying some new vision exercises to help her improve her vision and she is wanting to take some vitamins and whatever else to help improve her eyesight as she tries these new exercises.

There are peptides that might actually work, but she would have to be willing to go that route and I doubt it very much or she would be here asking herself.

Just regular multivitamin and multimineral nothing else to it.

Vitamin a vitamin C and vitamin E

I checked on Web-MD and this is what is Recommended.
They say if you Can't find 1 Supplement with All of these.
You may Purchase them Individually.
That's Probably the Better way, and also Least Expensive way to do it............................... JP

  • Vitamin C, 250 mg
  • Vitamin E, 200 mg
  • Beta-carotene, 5,000 IU
  • Zinc, 25 mg
  • Zeaxanthin, 500 mcg
  • Selenium, 100 mcg
  • Lutein, 10 mg
  • Calcium, 500 mg
  • Thiamin, 2 mg
  • Folic acid, 800 mcg
  • Omega-3 essential fatty acids (including flaxseed oil), 2,000-3,000 mg
  • N-acetyl cysteine, 100 mg
  • Alpha lipoic acid, 100 mg

There are so many "vision" supplements and I think its all crap.. As these guys said your best bet is just a diverse blend of good veggies and some fruit

Try nascent iodine. I swear by it for a few things. Also my mom said carrots 😉

I'll vouch for the quality of these supps. The ingredients are usually all organic and you get what you pay for. But I have not tried them yet. I've tried other products. All I know is my eyes have been improving for the last 3 years at least. My prescription gets weaker each doctor visit.
