@friedlice congratulations! you have the most reported post in the last 60 days. Now, a word of warning, if you keep attacking vendors with slander, you will be put in 72 hour time out.

However, you did mention the 800lbs elephant in the room. I've seen this mentioned a few times, and I think we should address this in the open for the sake of transparency. Seem my response below.

History of this issue:
For the sake of transparency to new members, @UGL OZ was banned for selling prescription medication, and what we define as "rec" drugs in our TOS. After the ban, some time later, @UGL OZ agreed to shut down his whole prescription medication operation, so he can come back to the EVO family. He did this voluntarily because he wanted to support the community and the EVO family. He decided this was the best course of action for his long term goals. We respect @UGL OZ and admire him for taking such a bold step, and he will always have EVO family support.

On a personal thought, the man (@UGL OZ) lost a lot of money shutting down a business, so he can be here with us as a true EVO brother. This is a real supporter of our family, a true individual to admire.

Therefore, @friedlice and @truthspeaker and anyone else who mentions this in the future. I have addressed this in the open now.
This is your last warning, for the vets mentioning this they know the history already, and for newbies mentioning this, you're stirring the pot trying to slander a trusted vendor with 10 years in the industry. Next person to mention this in public or private, will be suspended for 180 days. And yes eventually ALL conversations leak even with "encrypted" chat apps and "groups", we will find out.

I think @R&Dpharma nailed it- a TOS violation is massively different to what we have seen play out here.

I've also personally witnessed the @UGL OZ team close down sections of their business, as well as decline any requests to re-engage in it, with a definiteness that is impressive. I'd personally be tempted to keep things going on the side if I had people that keen to give me their money for product I knew how to source, but they've put it behind them and moved forward.

ugloz obviously has the support if the community it was not an issue with his product but a tos violation, we have seen members able to come back from these violations so i think it is good as long as the vendor has ripped anyone to be given a second chance aswell

One thing with UGLOZ, he has a good team behind him, to deal with any issue's. And answered and fixed quickly. This is why UGLOZ. Reputation is right up there.

I agree with @Eddie Haskell tos is very different and i would be open to discussion about a secondary chance to prove, proper conduct will be displayed and used, if he has changed and will not violate tos again and the mass community and vendors support a secondary chance, i would consider it on the table for further discussion.

While it’s true that we were banned last year for selling prescription meds that violated EVO's TOS, that side of our operation has since been shut down. Our return to EVO was not only contingent on this change but it also didn't align with the values we wanted our name and brand to represent. Our focus has always been on promoting health/fitness and contributing to the community in positive ways - that operation only detracted from that.

Thank you to everyone who commented with your support. It was awesome to see this not only from members of the community but also from other vendors like @R&Dpharma and @ODINLABS. Things happen in life brother, i hold no ill will or grudges, as staff i try and view thing's from an objective lense, and understanding the human element is also important for me, i know at the end of the day, no one is ever perfect, sometimes in life you need to extend a hand up. I also understand the oz side of evo well and with engagement and studying how this side of evo operations are conducted via members and vendors, it helps me be a better staff member and help the community better, i appreciate you being humble and respectful, you earned my respect in the process as insignificant as that is in the grandscheme of things, i wanted to comment and welcome you back into the evo community, many people requested you back as well as vendors, so we tried to deliver for them, now its all on you brother do right by them first and right by evo secondary, things will rock and roll from here

Why was UGLOZ banned again? Do I need to remind you, there is proof right here of multiple vendors dappling in malicious and harmful compounds.

I can see why you’re triggered, someone dare demand transparency, you can’t call yourself a lab when you mix a few raws with oil, alcohol and a solvent in your home kitchen. Suggest you get off your high horse.

You’d be surprised the amount of people who take short cuts or literally have no idea what they’re doing beyond reading a few homebrew reddit posts lmao. To be a good cook you need to know your ingredients and what/why they are used. I bet you can’t even tell me what part of brewing is the catalyst.

The word ‘lab’ is thrown around loosely no one here is a lab unless they wish to prove otherwise. This vendor is just one of many on here who have been proven to be addicts so don’t go claiming otherwise when we have proof right here.
