Hey guys! Ive been doing a bit of research over the past month or so as Im gonna give sustanon 250 a go, Ive only ever used sarms before so this is a bit different for me.
Ive drafted up how Im going to do my cycle and just want some opinions or advice for it.

Workout 6-7 days a week
The cycle:
0.75ml (187.5g) Zloxs Sust 250 every 3 days
(437.5g per week)
Aromasin 12.5mg a day
12 week cycle
Blood work before cycle, 6 weeks in and 4 weeks after cycle (2 weeks after starting ptc)
Ptc - Nolvadex 20mg/day 2 weeks after last injection
Gym routine - 8-10 Reps 4 sets, max weight to failure
Mon - Chest
Tue - Tris
Wed - Back
Thur - Bis
Fri - Legs
Sat - Shoulders
Sun - Abs
Mon - Chest/ Tris
Tue - Legs
Wed - Back/ Bis
Thur - Shoulders/ Abs
Fri - Chest/ Tris
Sat - Legs
Sun - Back/ Bis
(Thoughts on which of the 2 workout plans would be best?)
Nutrition
Breakfast (Protein 45g)
Protein shake (Protein 55g)
Lunch (Protein 150g)
Protein shake (Protein 55g)
Dinner (Protein 120g)
