Hello Guys, those are all the information, Its my 4th week now, 30mg daily dianabol and 250x2 sustanon per week.
First 3 weeks I was literally , I was seeing huge pumps in the gym but not seeing lots of gains, based on what im expecting I would say Im now maximum gaining 2kg while I was expecting way more after 4 weeks.
Starting 3rd week when I take the dbol, I become extremely tired and cant even wall anymore, feeling dizzy alot, cant train or do anything.
Its very weird comparing to what I felt first weeks, what did I do wrong ? Maybe I should have more rest ?
Im thinking of switching into Sustanon + Deca for another 8 weeks and drop the dbol.
And also I smoke cannabis but only at night.
I have GAD so this is why anything makes me worried, your help is very appreciated guys.

- Macronutrient Split: 150g protein daily, 200g carbs Pushing for more

- Breakfast: oats+ 6 eggs + 50g cheese + mass gainer
- Snack: protein bar 20g protein
- Lunch: 200g chicken + 200g cooked rice
- Snack: banana+ yogurt + nuts
- Dinner: 100g cooked pasta + 140g tuna.
- Multivitamins
- NAC 600-1200mg
- Omega 3 fish oil
- Creatine
- ZMA
- Recent Blood Work: Yes
- Testorone: 32 ng/ml
- HDL 0.14 g/l( VERY LOW)
- LDL: 1.04 g/l
- Leuococytes : 12000 mm3
- CRP 28.8 mg/l
- CPK: 556 u/l
- Apolipoproteines a1 0.46 g/l
- Planning on doing blood work each 3 weeks
- Cycle Goals: muscle Mass
- Compounds Planned for Use: sustanon 250x2 week - Dianabol 30mg daily
