I swear I was just thinking that today! And isn’t EQ supposed to raise your Red blood cell? And YES I have to push everyday for that extra energy to go to the gym and train till failure it’s hard AF! EQ Is supposed to raise ur red blood cells so honestly I’m gana dose up! My prolactin is str8 my estradiol is str8 everything but my red blood cells! So I’m upping everything! Ima go to 750 sustannon, 200 tren e and 600 EQ

Sustanon 350! 2x weekly We’d-Sat
EQ 500! 1x weekly Sundays
Tren E 200! 1x weekly Saturdays

Ok now side effects! Honestly I just get a bit neauses here and there! I do have good energy but I also have to push through my day if I work all day then hit the gym! It seems a bit harder! Also my night sweats are gone! I did have an episode were I got real sick for like 10 hrs and then I was good! That only happened one time but no tren cough! And ppl say u feel like shit on tren well for me yes and no! And I feel better 99% of the time anyways! I’m ONLY RUNNING tren for another 4 weeks MAX! So that’s 8 weeks! I feel good boys, I really do!

The one thing I need help with is my diet! Like what times should I be eating!? I took yesterday off because I was so fucking soar and I needed to heal! So I ate like 1500 calories and about 80g of protein literally fell asleep for about 10 hrs and woke up feeling like a fucking bear! I have absolutely BAD mental side effects and I’m not even worried about the depression and shit! For me at least, I kno what it looks and feels like and I kno how to beat it! YOU HAVE ALL THE CONTROL WHEN IT COMES TO HOW YOUR BRAIN THINKS! If any of you like to read - As a man thinketh, so he is! By napoleon hill! Deff read that if you ever feel like you’re in a mental crisis!

So yeah I need an eating schedule if anyone can help with that! Thanks boys! I hope you all have a great weekend! 💪🏻 STAY JUICED

Diet issue, you know hard to say unless we getting more details as you go, the best way is to start adding protein, add protein shakes and bars, easiest to drink shakes from AM to PM.

Ok, so when I said I ate 1500 calories and went to bed! I ate that much at one time! Then went to bed like 45 mins later! But overall throughout the day I ate at 9,12,2,5,8 then slept from 8 to 330! Total calories= around 4500! Protein=190g! The food consisted of beef,rice,pita bread,garlic,pickles,potatoes,cheese,chicken,eggs,sausage,banana,apple I think that’s it! Oh and a couple protein shakes and a bar!

processed meats like sausage need to be eliminated. i would get rid of the bread and most certainly get rid of garlic/onions as they are extremely stressful on the gut.

i'm not seeing any veggies in your diet at all. where are your green veggies man? good you are eating fruit but need the veggies bigtime. spinach, brocolli, asparagus, salad, lots of options

lebanon is one of the most obese countries in the world due to the poor 21st century diets. which is a shame because The true Lebanese Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest you could do but people have gone away from that because they've become lazy

I agree with you 100% I have a huge problem! I DO NOT LIKE SALAD! Or lettuce or onions! I can eat spinach, maybe asparagus I haven’t tried it! But I’ll go to the grocery store and get some! And I’m not gana lie I’m not eating fruits everyday either! My diet is shit to be honest now that I’m seeing what you guys are eating! How can I combat this! Or do I just muscle through it! I won’t like it but if you say it’s that important witch u kno I agree I’ll have to just shove it down!

I would go heavy on the fruits and veggies especially the green veggies
