I just read your whole log. I was thinking you were moving along ok, but was also questioning your dosing as it seems tire just jumping in with both feet without having done as much as you can do before blasting. I’m not an expert at any of this. I just came here to pat you on the back for taking constructive criticism like a man, and not taking it as an insult. Everyone here is soooo encouraging, and it’s awesome, but voicing valid concerns is really important. Good for you man!

I understand completely. I’m just getting back under the bar after a year off. I just could not be working out consistently when I have this fledgling business trying to sink or swim.

That’s my rationale right now, taking 210mg TE/week and dialing in my food and getting some bloodwork.

You’re much bigger and stronger than I am. And you’re putting in way more work at the gym. My job gives me an unfair cardio advantage hahaha.

I do finance so desk all day. And a 2 year old so no sleep and until recently.. too many energy drinks

For context. I was shit breakfast everyday and fast food 4 to 6 meals a week. Now fast food once. Bad breakfast only when gear forces insane hunger . Mostly big lift days

Hey all. Sorry for the absence. Im reducing the dosage but not cutting out tren and anavar as im on the back half of the cycle now. Few days off the gym as my kid brought home the plague. Thanks for.your patience
