Triceps rope pull down

I use the extra long rope and grip mid way for grip training and use my own set type for this called murder by numbers.

Find your 1rm on this machine is 36kg (some machines are heavier so ignore kg)

With 36 kg i need to complete 36 full reps non stop. Drop 1 level at fatigue and complete all 36 before lowest weight

Lat pull down

Warm up. 12x 21kg no rest sets
6x30kg
12x 21kg

Ive done a little of everything to wake my sleeping muscles. Aim to follow a push pull leg style plan

Post workout meal. Roast chicken. Protein shake. This is also my first meal today.

Saturday update. At the gym carpark. Day after first tren. Maybe in my head but body feels firmer. 50mg anavar and 1 scoop of total war pre workout

Very poor sleep due to the little one. Decided a little lighter to allow volume

Bent over barbell row (something new to me)

Lat pull down standard grip reminder. This gym. All cable machine weights are as heavy as other gyms that have a higher number.
Example. At this gym my Triceps pull down is 35kg and machine stops at 47kg. At old gym I'd reps 75kg. All about the pulleys

Close grip palm out pulldown

Meant to do seated row but was being used and places to be so ended with

48 reps straight of plate shrugs. 20kg per arm. Alternate between 12 up down and 12 rollback

It does get me a bit angry and my life is very stressful. Im pretty good and managing and pulling back. Good tip. I try to be extra self aware during tren stages.
If you feel off on tren, cut the dose immediately.

Your arms are looking bigger and better :D much bigger now.

you can add chinups during arm day.

These are awesome build strength hell quick with them and fastest way to build muscles needed for pullups

Ok sonits 6am. Preworkout has kicked in but my kid woke up. 🤣 it's leg day so thinking I can do Squats and lunges while holding them rather than missing out. Any other suggestions?
Squats with kid, lunges, push ups, planks, the regular home training :D
 
So my leg session was a bit adhoc but legs are warm. Didn't bother counting as it wasn't sets.

Also a little surprised to weigh in at 95.6kg today when ive been sitting at 92.5kg. Hopefully good weight but feels soon to jump so much
You should cut carbs, that's why we need to see your food. @Robules
