Mental health and physical health changes.

Coming from a bit of a down stage of life. Im feeling happier, stronger and more confident as well as more assertive. Tbh, I'm not 100% if it's the gear or I'm an addixt that had been in withdrawal . Anyway. Im happy, strong and hungry and horny.

Arms and chest feel tight and full.
I have out on 2kg but feel bigger in good places.

Sleep is a big issue for me as I'm primary carer of the little one because I'm an exceptionally present parent (favourite)

Energy levels are good considering poor sleep.

This is just a weekly drug impact check in

Chest day


Bench press
8x 60kg warm up
5x 80kg. Set failure. 80kg a year ago was my warm up
7x 70kg set failure.
4x 70kg. Should have rested a bit between sets
8x60kg i need to set better expectations. Trying to get old strength to fast

3 sets of 10 reps. 12.5kg dumbbells Shoulder press

3 sets of 10. Reps. 8kg side lat raises

Front shoulder raises. These i do with one arm fully extended at shoulder height amd reps other arm then swap. Brutal 3 sets of 8. 5kg

Front raise. Then at Shoulder height swing outward to reverse side raises? 3nsets of 8. 5kf

Rear delt raises
3 sets of 8. 5kg

Cable flys
12 x 10kg per arm 5 sets

Triceps rope pull down. Drop sets of 12 reps. Start at 25kg down to 5

Triceps single arm kick backs. 3x 10 at 10kg
Triceps overhead pull 3x10 at 12kg
Seated chest press 30kg plus machine final workout cool downs

Treadmill 20 mins as advised by you legends to wnd with cardio

My strength will grow in a few weeks im sure I'll double my lifts
 
Post workout. 1km run at 9kmph

Woke up 2am for kids night feed and then couldn't sleep (tren) so thought fuck it let's go

And the training is going well with the food. I did notice no cardio?
 
Oh sorry treadmill warm up and then took the dog for a jog.i will try get to doing a 2km jog each workout. With today's workout I did a lap of the gym between each set
