Sustanon + winstrol would be a good cutting stack. If you are not looking to get on a bodybuilding stage, I would use anavar instead of winstrol. Winstrol is a great steroid but it causes a lot of people to experience extreme joint pain. It's also extremely hard on your hair line. Anavar is a DHT derived steroid like winstrol but you won't get any of the joint side effects and it's much easier on your hair line.
I dont advocate HCG usage at all. Whenever you put an exogenous source of testosterone into your body (like when on a steroid cycle), your natural testosterone production will be suppressed. HCG wont change that but will only add side effects because HCG increases estrogen levels in the body. HCG is also suppressive of natural testosterone production.
Here's what I recommend:
Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone sustanon 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
anavar or winstrol 50mg/day
n2guard 7 capsules/day <- Both anavar and winstrol are liver toxic oral steroids so using a good liver aid supplement like n2guard on your cycle is a very smart idea to keep liver toxicity to a minimum

Whatever you run you will need to adjust your diet to be in a deficit. That is the major difference. It doesn't really matter what gear you run. Winny is typically used in cutting cycles because it will harden muscles. The issue is that you wont see a huge affect unless you are already at a low body fat. You might also experience dry painful joints and hair loss from winny.

Yeah, why not. I mean you could run sustanon for 12 weeks and add winstrol in the last 4 if you want. However you have to be quite lean already to see the effects of winstrol.
Regarding HCG - people here dont like it. But if you want to use it, go for 250-500ius per shot, twice a week. That should keep your balls working steadily.

hey man just joined and looking to start my first cycle have done research but don't really have a lot of people to ask in person and I'm trying to get as much feedback and advice before starting so I'm thinking this since is the backbone of every cycle i chose sustanon 250

Google the perfect pct that will give you all the information you need. I have followed that guideline and got blood work after PCT and all levels were on point happy to say its the best info!!
the one thing to look out for in that cycle is the numerous side effects you will be getting that ancillaries cannot help you with
anadrol binds to estrogen receptors but also is a DHT derivative, winny is also a DHT derivative. and sustanon will convert to DHT> so you will have a lot of DHT sides like shedding head hair and enlarged prostate on this.
this is why i suggest you swap out anadrol or winny or BOTH for a more mild oral. var and tbol are much safer and will give you almost as good results. JMHO
If you are going to run an oral at the front and back of a cycle I recommend cutting them down to 4 weeks each. You need to give your liver a break in the middle instead of running 12 straight weeks with orals.
For sure!!! My experience has been it causes me to have higher estrogen and shrinks my balls right away. If I run cycle without it, my balls really have little effect until the very end like week 12 thru 15.
