First 30 mins at the gym didn't notice much so would recommend 1.5hrs before but everyone would be different i guess
After 30min noticed a huge increase in pump and strength more energy and focus quicker recovery
Only bad thing was some acid reflux but this could have been anything definitely enjoyed the dbol will run as a pre workout over the next few weeks
Will be away on holidays so updates may be a little slow definitely recommend @Sydneycitysupplements dbol and all his products

Sounds like dbol to me. You get that sense of euphoria somewhat as well

1 - 1.5 before training - heartburn seems to be common when you’re pushing more than 0.5ml also. Start low and see how you go
