Taking melatonin every night before bed

I have gotten used to take a melatonin every day before bed and it really wasn't doing much for me in terms of helping me relax and get a restful night's sleep. I would just get tired but didn't sleep hard. I switched over to n2sleep and my Sleep Quality has improved a lot. do you know why this happened so I can learn
 
I like n2sleep instead of melatonin alone, it's a better mix. You need to take at least 2 days off per week from melatonin based supplements, like 5 on 2 off, give your receptors a break.
 
melatonin tells your brain it is time for bed. but the additional ingredients found in n2sleep also calm you down and relax you so you get a more restful sleep.

That is great to hear but yes, N2Sleep has other ingredients that are helping you as well. Another thing you will want to do is read the article Stevesmi wrote about sleep. There are some great ideas in there on what you can do to improve sleep vs just having to take a pill all the time.
