looking for a general layout/blueprint for using tb500
what can you recommend for me if I were to run it for 12 weeks?
How much would you recommend I use?
I’m 55 years old and I don’t have a specific injury but overall I’m just in pain with a lot of little nagging chronic injuries around my body and from years of pounding away in the construction industry and also from weight training

I didn't think much of it
Thought Bpc157 was a lot better plus cheaper

Run it with bpc157
Tb500 5mg wk split into two shots for 2 weeks then 2.5mg week maint
Bpc 500 mcg day.
 
Stack it with bpc for best resilts
 
At your age I would use 2IU HGH per day instead. Its cheaper and has many additional benefits as well as the healing.

tb500 2mgs/week but 250mcg bpc157 eod would help as well to start

try some at 10 mg a day
 
try it for sure it can definitely speed up recovery
 
you don't have to pin it exactly at the spot that's injured
 
make sure you're using legitimate sources
