thanks brother. I’m past the point of pushing heavy weight. I prefer to feel the burn within my muscle and onset of cramps when truly giving a solid push with combined connection.

You and me both bro. I believe another high carb day to be added if all is in check with further carbs pulled from my standard days. I’m pumped !

Love the process and urge others who want coaching to hit up @AE1079 this guy truly cares about his clients 💪🏽
