Tennis elbow killing my gains, please help.

here is a graston type tool. they sell kits online for 100+ but this one is like $25 and will work fine on almost any body part. https://www.ebay.com/itm/174142500627 you can search for better deals or ones but this gives you an idea

Steve brother you think I could use a butter knife to do this?
I have my own small jars can use at home for cupping me thinks.
 
Bros so I have been suffering terrible tennis elbow for the last 6 months, just bad. It started off pretty mild and I ignored it thinking some stretching would take care of it, but it did not. This pain got progressively worse and worse, to the point where ti made me modify the way I handle all of my lifts. I got COVID right around thanksgiving and thought it would be a good chance to rest my elbow for a month and so I did, but I noticed no improvement at all, it just continued to get worse and worse even as i laid in bed not lifting weights. I've tried different forms of stretching and topical CBD to no avail!
I went to see a Kinesiologist that just snapped my elbow against the joint and told me to massage it a bit every day and it should go away in a week, I'm on day 5 and not sure I'm feeling much better.

I'm posting here now asking you bros if there is anything out there I can do to alleviate this pain and get back to my Gym grind.


Brother i suffer from same problem and some doctors said this as no cure , but i never give up . I begin using again deca on all my cycles and help a little , then i start using TB500 and BPC157 and help alot more , Now i can do skull crunches again with just a little pain

yes use the non sharp edge but a large spoon is going to be your better bet. go up and down from the elbow to the wrist on both sides. probably easier to let someone else do it on you but you can do it on your own and just breathe through the experience.
