Tennis elbow

Last night I re injured a tennis elbow from a month ago. I'm thinking about this stack:

Ostarine 8 weeks
N2Joint 1 bottle, 5 pills per day
Fish Oil 4-6 grams
Glucosamine - regular daily dosage
h2generate - weeks 8-10
Also cardarine while on this for cardio and other workouts. Nothing related to healing though.

Anything else I should be doing? Already had a cortisone shot and have been using a cold laser on it once a week.

Also - how do I still work the forarms/biceps/back with this injury? :(

never workout after a cortisone shot.. you will only cause more damage and cripple yourself.

you should be learning stretching techniques (youtube them).. i also recommend graston, you can actually do it from home, youtube it ..

you also need lots of rest

How long until I should start working my arm out again?

I already have weird insanely out of proportion muscles. Decent bench, deadlift and squat with terrible arm size. I was trying to build my arms up which is why it was hurt from over use in the first place.

It's hard to give you a good answer but it's very individual and a case by case type of thing.

I would book an appointment with a good sports therapist and get him to look at it. He will be able to give you the best advice on when you can start working out again, and what exercises to avoid

Hand grippers and hand bands to work your flexors and extensors (muscles responsible for opening and closing your hand), it gets rid of and prevents RSI, carpal tunnel, golfers and tennis elbow, got rid of mine within a few days but keep using them to strengthen your tendons so it won't come back.

i just finally got over tennis elbow a few months ago from completely over doing it playing tennis... mk2866 is my go to for injuries but you definitely dont want to train after a cortisone shot like steve said... thats a recipe for enhancing your injury... you need to go to a sports medicine clinic with a real professional for help

The stack looks pretty good. I will give you my healing stack below. Definitely give the injury time to rest though. The last thing you want to do is make it worse.

MasonicBB’s Ultimate Healing Stack
Ostarine 25mg per day - https://www.sarms1.com/mk-2866-ostarine
MK-677 (Nutrobal) 25mg per day – https://www.sarms1.com/mk-677-nutrobal

I have golf elbow which is same thing but on the inside of elbow instead of the outside...when it acts up I crush up an anti-inflammatory and disolve it in about a 1/4 cup of DMSO, let it sit about 20 min to fully dissolve, then rub it on with a cotton ball. Works great for me.

Supplements look fine, however, I'd recommend graston also, worked great for me, had a physical therapist do it and then taught myself, all you need is a butter knife and some aloe vera gell. If you've had this injury for a long time it will probably keep coming back when you work the region hard. Try to find an orthopedic doctor that does PRP (platelet rich plasma therapy), its becoming more popular. With the use of an ultrasound machine, they locate the tear and inject platelets from your own blood right into the tear, might have to repeat the procedure once more in 6 weeks, follow up with heat pad to encourage blood flow to the injury. You should be healed up in 3 months like I was. The success rate is very high with elbows and a little less with knees. You can find a video on PRP on the internet.
