@Mamba305 of course it was back and forth but I'm happy to see you resolve it with Greg @domestic-supply.comI was calm and asked him nicely for a resolution or a replacement somehow. He came back super defensive at first saying its not his fault and he don't do replacements. Maybe it isn't his fault but he is the middleman between us and the lab so I thought he would stand by his product he sells and offer replacement. 5 emails later its resolved but could've been a much better tone in his reply at first and I would've never felt angry enough to post here.
