Yeah it was stroke of luck. I been training with him for a long time and I just asked the question.you are very lucky that you found a doctor who is willing to work with you.
However the guys on here have hundreds of years of experience and can guide you along on a daily basis where a doctor just doesn't have time for that

most will go by "pharmacies" in their titles or labs.. UGL's will often add these to their names as well but there is clearly a difference in pharmaceutical grade as opposed to ugl made... thats not something i will expound on.. a source can get into that..What is the correct term for an operation like Pharmaqo or Beligas? Steroid manufacturer?

Been training extremely hard in the lead up to cycle.
Trying my best to reduce body fat as much as possible.
Bench is currently sitting around 90KG with no assistance for 6-8 Reps.
I've been focusing more on my mind muscle connection recently so my squats and deadlifts have been a comfortable weight as opposed to trying to do my max.
Picked up my gear from the pharmacy yesterday.
Looking to start on Monday because I do shift work and it's the only day I'm always off in the afternoon.

Firstly I'd like to apologise for not submitting a log.
Ended having to push the cycle back a bit due to unforeseen circumstances.
I really do appreciate all of the advice I have received thus far.
For anyone who is interested, I have started the cycle and it's going incredibly well.
All of my lifts have increased 50% or more.
Starting bench: 80KG (1RM)
Current bench: 130KG (1RM)
Starting Squat: 90KG (1RM)
Current Squat: 135KG (1RM)
Starting Shoulder: 25KG each hand
Current Shoulder: 40KG each hand
(I never attempt a 1RM on shoulder press, seems silly an dangerous, these figures reflect weights I can comfortably lift for 5-10 reps)
I'm not a huge fan of deadlifts, I do incorporate them into my back day but I rarely go heavy.
Obviously everything else has increased as well, but I'm just sharing the big lifts.
I did have some estrogen related issues early on, however between the forum info and my doctor we were able to sort it.
For anyone who is interested, I was taking 1mg of Arimidex twice a week (Mon & Thursday). The gap was too long due to the half-life of Arimidex so I switched to 0.5 EOD and immediately felt better and alleviated all symptoms.
My diet has been great the whole time. Mixing up a few meats like beef/chicken and fish with rice or sweet potato and veggies.
I'm averaging 2500-3000 calories a day of clean food.
I had a couple of days away with my wife and daughter and had to eat a few pub feeds but that's about as bad as it's been. Completely avoiding high sugar food (Sweets, soda and pastries)
My workout routine has been Push / Pull / Legs the whole time. Training everyday. I have had a few rest days when I felt I needed it as I work a lot as well. I have just been listening to my body.
I am on the board at my local gym for top 10 attending members. All 10 are over 25 days so I'm showing up a lot.
