Also did a polar plunge yesterday for the first time. Remarkably easy after doing cold plunges regularly.

Typically when i run my primo at a 1:1 with test my estrogen is completely in check i like that my body repsonds that way, as far as lh/fsh being on trt or gear they will always be crashed or close to it, just how it is nothing to worry about.

Thanks. You know we aren't in Texas. I couldn't openly embrace another man down there. This is on the coast of Connecticut.
 
Finishing up your workouts with sit-ups and exercise ball crunch is my favorite thing to do as well.

I love that style of training.
 
Nice job doing glute Hammer, raises and doing the sled pull. That's not an easy training session at all.
 
Look in really good man. The sled drag will definitely work up your conditioning and wear out your legs.
 
Where is that beach located?
It looks more like a lake to me.
 
It’s a public beach in Greenwich, CT. The outside temp that day was like 38 F and if I had to guess the water was in the low 40’s. Definitely warmer than the cold plunge at the gym.

The coast of Connecticut is on the Long Island Sound so the water is a bit calmer and warmer than the Atlantic Ocean.
 
Bros. All that core training is paying off. Those abs are popping out like crazy.
