Hello guys my cycle is
Test Cyp 500mg a week
Deca 600 mg a week
Anavar 60 a day
Winstrol 40 a day
liv 52 4 tablet a day
Omega 3 6 9, 4 g a day
Letrozole 1 tablet a day because i have stone on my breast and little pain
My aim is to cutting , i am big i have to much fat , and i want to cut it off and keep the muscle
Please tell me if i need to remove something or to add . thanks

Diet Plan:
9:00 - 8 white egg and 2 yellow egg , 150 g chicken , 250 g protein yogurt
12:00 - 180 g fish 150 g rice
15:00 - 180 g pork medallion no fat , 150 g rice
18 :00 - 180 g turkey , 150 g rice
21:00 - 180 g fish , and mixed salad

Training :
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : back
Wednesday : day off
Thursday : Shoulder
Friday : Biceps
Saturday : triceps
Sunday : day off

And i want to specify every morning on empty stomac before eat i running 30 minute on treadmill , incline 10 and speed 6 .
Another question i can take letrozole with my stack ? i understand is no good because is stoping some benefit from cycle , thanks guys .
 
Cut your injectables down to 200 test and 150 Deca. You don’t need that much to cut.
I would take aromason instead of letro. Taking that shot every day will make you feel like shit. You want to stop conversion not crush your estrogen. Orals are fine but only run 5-6 weeks imo.
Make sure you are using N2Guard.
 
If you are fat and bigger on the bodyfat side of things I wouldn't even go anywhere near decca or any compound that converts easily into estrogen it is just asking for problems. Also decca Is a bit of a wildcard because some people get bad mental sides from to much decca, everyone is different though with how they respond, if anything I would run NPP short acting ester quicker in and out if u run into estrogen issues or other issues, just my 2 cents on it.

Winstrol at a higher bodyfat is also a waste you won't get the benefits or experience whay Winstrol can do at a high bidy fat, I would put something else in its place.

Teat cyp if trying to cut 500mg may cause bloat and water retention id try 200-300mg a week.

While your cycle is interesting, we need to step back and discuss many things. Starting with why you use letrozole, which will kill your estrogen and cause serious long term sides, yes I know you have gynecomastia but tamoxifen can take care of it, you dont need femara for gyno imo.

Now your cycle you want to lean out and you're on DECA? some strangeness there.
I also feind your diet a bit strange a lot of high carbs and not clear where you fats like omega 3 are.

anyway, I would do this to start, for us to help you we need MORE details about you, NOT here in this thread, please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary for this cycle, your diet training cardio sleep supps and more so we can guide you into results you want.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

fasted cardio is awesome. everyone should be doing that
 
Deca is a bad choice for leaning out I agree with Eddie
the best thing you can do is get along Journal going so we can better guide you
 
your diet can definitely get improved
I'm not seeing much good fats in your diet if at all
look forward to seeing your log
 
that's good you're doing fasted cardio but if you want to lean up you've got to change your diet keep the same Foods they are not bad but make sure you're eating in a window

can you please get a picture of what you look like at this point we're only guessing and going by what you're saying sounds like you're obese from what you're saying
 
what is your history like?
Have you always been heavy and has this been your diet and training for how long? We need more information
 
not enough information has been given all your telling us is your diet and training plan right now
also your steroid stack doesn't make any sense for someone who is cutting
 
bros deca and test not for cutting at all
they are for people who want to bulk up
please log this and do it right
 
this is horrible all the way around.. high body = DO NOT USE STEROIDS so i wont even go further than that because the rest of it is a mess as well but makes no difference.. if you have high body fat, you should not even be considering steroid use
