Test/Deca/EQ cycle

I would just run test and deca man. That gets you a good balance of androgens and mild anabolic effects. Add some proviron in there to offset the DHN effects as mentioned above. You can keep sides down if you run test at 200mg per week and let the deca shine at 400mg per week.
 
proviron or masteron is what you need

a dht derivative will balance the DHN effects of deca
Thank you for your response! Sorry for the late reply but i just ordered a batch of proviron through my source. Way more then i need but i could use a stash like everything else. You recommend I run it the full course 10-12 weeks?

Alright folks this is going to be a long one.
My last “bulk” October, 2nd 2022-December,10th 2022.
Test E 225mg/wk (1-10 every Mon/thursday)
NPP 450mg/wk (1-10 M/W/F)
Sex drive- was amazing, my gf is usually trynna get more out of me and she finally got all and more then she wanted
Mood- I had some decent anxiety and overthinking here and there but nothing unmanageable
Patience- absolutely zero hahahahaha i held my composure but jesus every little thing was a “F you” moment
SLEEP- very rough on this cycle nearing the end for the first 4-6 weeks i was snoring and had the best sleep ive had since before my surgery

Supplements
4500mg Fishoils daily
5% nutrition liver and organ (9 per day split 3x)
ON ZMAs (1 serving 1hr before bed)
Glucosamine and Chondroitin
Multivitamin (costco) (made me nauseous so i would take pre and post workout and that really helped)
AminoMax 8000 1 serving per day (2 breakfast, 2 pre 4 post)
Superhuman Pump (2 scoops pre workout)
Superhuman pre (.5-1 scoop pre workout)

Diet every morning was
Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup (130cals/14prot/17carbs/fat)
Granola 1/3 cup (130cals/2prot/21carbs/4fat)
Honey (2tbsp) (140cals/prot/36carbs/fat)
1 cup strawberries (60cals/prot/14carbs/fat)
(460cals/16prot/88carbs/4fat)
(Absolutely favorite)

And the following cooked every night for the next day on a wok split through
5 meals
-2.5lb 93/7 ground beef
Calories = 1720
Protein = 240
Carbs 0

-5 eggs-
Calories78x5= 390
Protein6x5= 30
Carbs 0

-4 cups uncooked rice-
Calories180x4= 720
Protein6x4= 24
Carbs79x8= 624

-2 cup assorted veggies-
Calories= 90
Protein= 5
Carbs= 19

-1 lb golden potato-
Calories= 342
Protein= 12
Carbs=78

Total
Calories = 3262
Protein = 311
Carbs = 721

Overall i went from 195-198 to 212-215 through this cycle held gains for about 6 months, caught that covid bullshit and lost some weight 10lbs. Gains/strength were steady solid and strong throughout the cycle some

Incline dumbell press 90x12 100x12 105x12 115x10
Squat 315 for 15 (want to go heavier but thats the subject for a completely different post)
Bench 135x20 225x16 315x8
DB shoulder press 90x12 95x12 105x9

. I could've ate alittle more but had a hard time eating much more when I tried, its now September 27 2023 and im maintaining in the 215 to 217 range since that cycle i have cruised between 150-225 Test Cyp im not watching anything but my proteins at the moment and making sure im taking in atleast 200-250g a day.

Changing up a lot this cycle trying to get things in order this week to start my cycle next week Monday.
Test Cyp 200mg (1-12)
Deca 400mg (1-10)
Proviron 50mg (1-12)
Caber on hand
A.I on hand

I didnt use Proviron my last cycle so im interested to see what the difference will be. The big difference will be trying to tapering up on my diet this cycle 250 cals each week. Ill most likely be starting at around 3000 cals a day keeping protein above 250g and carbs at around 400g and more

I am also trying to figure out how to post picture of my beginning and after as well as my meals but its saying the file is too big so ill have to figure that out. If there is any other info you folks feel i should add that will benefit you and me and future users just feel free to add in. This cycle I most likely will be updating a huge log every 2 weeks worth of diet and training just because i jot them down in my notebook and have to read my horrible handwriting to decipher and transfer it here.

@ClassyMan this is a good start but you need to start a NEW thread with your log not in this question, otherwise the other community members wont know
