Right now on benching around 225 lbs and I’m around 170 lbs. 36 years old. Would like to increase my bench press to at least 250.
What is your recommended dosing for test E and anavar and how do you recommend I run it in terms of length?
My base idea was 250mgs a week test and 50mgs a day anavar. This would be 12 weeks. Thoughts?
