About to start my 3rd cycle, Test E/Deca. Needing some guidance and opinions.
First cycle: Test E 500 p/w
Second cycle: Test E 500/Tren E 300 p/w
Third cycle:
W1-12 Test E 500
W1-10 Deca 300-400 (is this long enough to run deca on this proposed dosage as i’m aware it takes a very long time to fully saturate)
I plan on cruising on test cyp after between 100-200mg per week.
Stats:
Age - 29
Height - 178cm
Weight - 81kg/178.5lbs
BF - Roughly 10%
Diet - 400g carbs/270g protein/60g fats/3250 calories consistent daily. Low sodium.
Goal - Bulk to 90kg-95kg with minimal gain in body fat as possible.
12 years training on and off. As of just under 3 months ago I started going all in on gym again, consistently eating the macronutrient amounts mentioned above and taking on a more intensity-based workout approach. In just under 3 months I have gained from 74kg/163lbs to 81kgs/178.5lbs, I credit this to muscle memory and consistency with diet and training. My test levels are low-ish at 300 (tested recently), I believe the Test/Tren/PCT I used in my last cycle from a ugl was very poor quality and perhaps this has something to do with it. I want to cruise on a low test cyp dose after this cycle as I don’t believe there is much point me doing PCT just to potentially go back to 300 - correct me if i’m wrong or your opinions.
So, my questions and thoughts for my test/deca cycle are as follows:
I’m looking at starting deca on 300 and upping to 400 based on how I react, would it be smarter to do test at 500 or keep it lower at 250-300 with this deca dosage? I have heard conflicting opinions although I know everyone is different.
Should I look at adding 25-50mg proviron ed? I have heard it is a must with 19-nors.
What on-cycle supplements should I look at taking? At the moment i’m looking at 4g fish oil daily, lipid stabil, beetroot powder and n2guard. Will the n2guard be necessary as this isn’t exactly a “heavy” stack?
How often should I get my bloodwork on this cycle? Weeks 4, 8 and 12?
