I've always just ran things 12 weeks keep me a little healthier overall and less time on is less time off which means more time for future cycles. I like the 12 week method because I can be on half the year and off half the year and just cruise on trt.
Thats the plan. I cut down from 15% to 10% on the last part of my first cycle. Half the cycle i gained and half cut. (Not ideal but i wanted to end on a recomp for travelling) im currently sat at around 15% so getting to 10% on this cycle in 12 weeks should be easy for me but we will see
