Approved Log test mast npp anadrol bulk log

Genesis Labs has generously offered to let me log for him - Once the goods arrive I’ll post pics and share my experience with pip and whatnot.

Joints are starting to feel really good from the NPP, strength going up from the anadrol but I think I need more food. Weight hasn’t moved but I’m leaner and fuller.

Today’s leg day - Had to cut it a little short, needed to pick up my dog from the vet. Also did lots of deadlifts on my back day yesterday so skipped my RDLs yet again to let my back recover

Bumped my calories up - new nutrition is as follows:

3860 calories
You should bump the protein not just carbs, you need 300 grams of protein for your size to grow IMO man @fat slag
 
Will increase protein for sure, probably to 220-230g though, am a student so cost is an issue ahaha
try protein shakes, cheaper sources man :)

Machine dips nice , how about normal dips?
 
don’t have a dip belt at my gym so i can’t go heavier, could buy one but machine works just fine imo
How about no belt? Straight weight dips, gives you more mobility

Apologies for the inactivity, work + anadrol has been kicking my ass as of recent LOL.
Still been keeping up with training, diet has been good asides from 2 days where I went up to around 4k calories, I blame weed 😂
Overall feeling amazing mentally, NPP definitely has mellowed me out a little which is nice. Test and mast doing as they should.

Cycle/training updates:
  • Dropped anadrol after 3.5 weeks - gains were amazing but the lethargy was definitely starting to show, impacted work so figured it'd be time to go.
  • Increased mast to 420mg since libido was going down a little (Current cycle 440 test E, 420 mast E and 210 NPP)
  • Bodyweight up to 95kg (+5kg since start, peaked at 98kg with the anadrol), bodyfat seems to be around the same.
  • Calories back down to 3450, trying to gain leaner so I can run this growth phase for longer. Gaining weight slowly and steadily,
  • All lifts up by around 15%, chest and back getting much stronger (bench from 120x4 to 120x8, BB rows from 110x8 to 120x10.
  • Carbs down to around 350g, protein up to around 250g.
Going to get bloodwork done in around 1.5 weeks, will post results here and on genesis labs' page.
Below are some physique updates, feeling a little fuller and bigger for sure.

Well your meals look like you are an actual chef, only guy thats this level is @Grumpy with his meals. Very clean and its paying off, you look really good, tight abs and wide back. Your arms and shoulders growing as well, impressive.

Would like to see more training updates and more frequent please so we can follow you.
