Approved Log test mast npp anadrol bulk log

Apologies for the inactivity, work + anadrol has been kicking my ass as of recent LOL.
Still been keeping up with training, diet has been good asides from 2 days where I went up to around 4k calories, I blame weed 😂
Overall feeling amazing mentally, NPP definitely has mellowed me out a little which is nice. Test and mast doing as they should.

Cycle/training updates:
  • Dropped anadrol after 3.5 weeks - gains were amazing but the lethargy was definitely starting to show, impacted work so figured it'd be time to go.
  • Increased mast to 420mg since libido was going down a little (Current cycle 440 test E, 420 mast E and 210 NPP)
  • Bodyweight up to 95kg (+5kg since start, peaked at 98kg with the anadrol), bodyfat seems to be around the same.
  • Calories back down to 3450, trying to gain leaner so I can run this growth phase for longer. Gaining weight slowly and steadily,
  • All lifts up by around 15%, chest and back getting much stronger (bench from 120x4 to 120x8, BB rows from 110x8 to 120x10.
  • Carbs down to around 350g, protein up to around 250g.
Going to get bloodwork done in around 1.5 weeks, will post results here and on genesis labs' page.
Below are some physique updates, feeling a little fuller and bigger for sure.

What does that mean?

@Mobster i think he means the side effects of anadrol are a mess IMO.
anadrol can cause a lot of issues like insmonia and high bp.
 
How much weed are you smoking?
Curious to see what kind of effects it's having on you.
 
I'm not a fan of smoking anything.
But if you're going to smoke, be honest about it and let us know how often you're doing it.

I understand where you're coming from with the lethargy from anadrol.
It really wears you down.
 
i would do anadrol only 25mgs a day next time.
50mgs is way too harsh and not needed Especially with the high quality gear.
 
That's great. That's your updating us on the different side effects. You're getting the typical side effects that people complain about, and it's important to be open about it. No shame in that.

NPP for a lot of people does mellow them out but it depends on how much test you stack with it.
 
yeah current mood is weird but good to be honest, just super happy chill and confident. can definitely see how it would make people depressed and flat
