Amazing training session today - took 100mg of DMHA along with my preworkout stack, trying to bring up the arms. Definitely handled much more volume than usual.
Current morning weight 93.5kg - Had a stomach bug the past few days, been throwing up and appetite is non existent. Giving myself a break from all the food whilst I recover, back to eating properly once I'm good again.
