Apologies for the inactivity, work + anadrol has been kicking my ass as of recent LOL.
Still been keeping up with training, diet has been good asides from 2 days where I went up to around 4k calories, I blame weed 😂
Overall feeling amazing mentally, NPP definitely has mellowed me out a little which is nice. Test and mast doing as they should.

Cycle/training updates:
  • Dropped anadrol after 3.5 weeks - gains were amazing but the lethargy was definitely starting to show, impacted work so figured it'd be time to go.
  • Increased mast to 420mg since libido was going down a little (Current cycle 440 test E, 420 mast E and 210 NPP)
  • Bodyweight up to 95kg (+5kg since start, peaked at 98kg with the anadrol), bodyfat seems to be around the same.
  • Calories back down to 3450, trying to gain leaner so I can run this growth phase for longer. Gaining weight slowly and steadily,
  • All lifts up by around 15%, chest and back getting much stronger (bench from 120x4 to 120x8, BB rows from 110x8 to 120x10.
  • Carbs down to around 350g, protein up to around 250g.
Going to get bloodwork done in around 1.5 weeks, will post results here and on genesis labs' page.

Amazing training session today - took 100mg of DMHA along with my preworkout stack, trying to bring up the arms. Definitely handled much more volume than usual.
Current morning weight 93.5kg - Had a stomach bug the past few days, been throwing up and appetite is non existent. Giving myself a break from all the food whilst I recover, back to eating properly once I'm good again.

Taking a break from eating so much since i was sick, couldn’t keep the food down was just puking it back up, am good today though so i’ll be back on track 💪

Currently no digestive supps but I ordered digestive enzymes yesterday so i’ll start taking them once they rock up

Add probiotics with the digestive enzymes, and 10 grams of psyllium husk daily, this is a must have bro

That being said I'm getting back into training and eating - gotten through the majority of my calories today and will definitely hit them before bed, had a push day that I didn't track since I was in my own head. Not going to let it hold me back anymore, going to download tinder and smash some fatties to make up for it.

Life’s turns against us from time to time mate and some situations we find ourselves in leave us feeling powerless and depressed but don’t forgot you always have the ability to take care of yourself and a healthy body complements a healthy mind. Get back on track brother grind harder you will only grow from this. Get that king feeling back a new year is only around the corner 🤜🏼🤛🏼

sitting around 220-230 grams daily right now (probably higher on christmas lol)
Try to keep it around 250 grams as you're big and lean enough already :D
dont worry get those refeed carbs up on Xmas @fat slag
 
Quick update
- Training has been very off and on recently, trying to get my mental state back to where it needs to be.
- Dropped cycle from 400/400/200 test/mast/npp -> 400/200 test/mast.

Diet has been really inconsistent, haven't really had the will to eat, breakup hit me pretty hard. Moved houses a few days ago so I'm no longer living with the ex-misso, will make things alot easier. Been training twice a day every day, probably not ideal for recovery but mentally it's a great distraction.

Going into the new year I'm planning on dialing in the diet and training once my mental state is stable again, may up the doses again once I've reached that point. For now focusing on my mental health and getting everything in check (y)
