Quick update
- Training has been very off and on recently, trying to get my mental state back to where it needs to be.
- Dropped cycle from 400/400/200 test/mast/npp -> 400/200 test/mast.
Diet has been really inconsistent, haven't really had the will to eat, breakup hit me pretty hard. Moved houses a few days ago so I'm no longer living with the ex-misso, will make things alot easier. Been training twice a day every day, probably not ideal for recovery but mentally it's a great distraction.
Going into the new year I'm planning on dialing in the diet and training once my mental state is stable again, may up the doses again once I've reached that point. For now focusing on my mental health and getting everything in check
