Quick update
- Training has been very off and on recently, trying to get my mental state back to where it needs to be.
- Dropped cycle from 400/400/200 test/mast/npp -> 400/200 test/mast.

Diet has been really inconsistent, haven't really had the will to eat, breakup hit me pretty hard. Moved houses a few days ago so I'm no longer living with the ex-misso, will make things alot easier. Been training twice a day every day, probably not ideal for recovery but mentally it's a great distraction.

Going into the new year I'm planning on dialing in the diet and training once my mental state is stable again, may up the doses again once I've reached that point. For now focusing on my mental health and getting everything in check (y)
Keep your head up brother,moving house is definitely the smart way to move forward with your life that's some good news,with the training twice a day...you do what you need to do for awhile till your in a better mental state and the breakup is behind you,it's not an end it's a new beginning of a chapter in your life is how you look at it,plus your only young and jacked bro you'll be fine.💪

Bros bent over rows is a fun little work out. I like it.
Start off like a champion.
 
Seated bicep curl and bicep curl in general are great ways to hit the arms hard.
You definitely got some good volume in the arms.
 
rows are very important for the back.

You won't build a strong back without them.
 
Moving out on your own Is going to be a little lonely at first, but you'll get used to it.

Moving out is never easy. You will get used to things though, pretty soon, you'll settle in.
