Glad I stumbled across this log. Just ordered some mybrainco gut repair based off this comment.Anadrol will cause some
Digestion disruption. Any androgen load can at a certain threshold, it can irritate the gut lining and microbial bacteria at the start of the cycle especially.
My advice is to use (and I can see your a fellow Aussie) MybrainCo GutRepair, as a supplement to your regimen, however I do recommend overseeing your diet with more soluble fibre and complex carbs that aren’t hard to breakdown.
This has a lot of different ingredients to support gut flora and also aid in breakdown of macronutrients especially while on cycle. I use twice per day, I personally also met the owner of the company and he doesn’t not skimp on his products
Also try substituting oats for COR. Oats can disrupt the gut a little bit as it’s a hard grain to breakdown. Having enough soluble fibre is important as well, eating like a bodybuilder is great for looking good but we need more colour in bodybuilding diets.
Try and adding more fruits and veggies, green bananas, blue berries, sweet potato, spinach, tomato’s, onions.
Also add magnesium glycinate, we deplete magnesium heavily on cycle as it’s needed for contractions, for both contractile tissue and organ function, such as the gut. Hyperdose it. Stay away from oxide as you will shit yourself.
Hope these tips help to get better gut health, gains and overall health benefits
You look great @fat slag making really good progress.Changed my training around to allow for another rest day weekly - haven't been recovering as well as I'd like so I think I'll grow better with another day off.
Training and diet has been feeling amazing, I'll get some more food pics going soon. Still on 4000 calories but macro split is now 250p/450c/113f
Physique update, 93kg atm.
