I am back with a new log, Liquid gold Labs was highly recommended and already have some highly reputable people logging for them so I wanted to jump on board. Atm I’m just finishing up a cruise of
25mg Test E daily
20mg Mast E daily
But it’s time to ramp it up a bit attached is some gear porn! Fast shipping good communication I can not complain what so ever. For now tho everyone loves a juicy cycle. I’ve just started the cut, I was around 128kg 5 weeks ago and I’m currently around 115ish. I’m slowly getting back into training after injuring my Infraspinatus muscle. Currently using TB500 and BPC157 to help heal this.
THE CYCLE
500mg Test E split in to daily shots
300mg Mast P split in to daily shots
500mcg Retatrutide EOD
9mg Yohimbine
Down the line more AAS still will be added/swapped as well as maybe the introduction of fat burners.
Cardio-
Atm my output is very high as I’m working a physically job.
20min Fasted Cardio daily
10k Minimum steps

Why pin Test E daily?
I like to break my injections up in today daily small amounts and backload insulin pins. Also helps keep levels more stable. I found when I did daily or EOD pins my skin quality is better compared to pinning every 4 days

Good evening EVO fam.

Easter long weekend is here. Worked today despite it being a public holiday so was able to absolutely smash my steps. Upon waking had 20g Carbs and 600mg Lcarntine than proceeded to do my cardio, 20min stationary bike In the garage Cus I couldn’t be bothered driving 20min to the gym at 3:45am. Managed to finish work early and could get my meals in quite easily same as the previous day but added extra banana to my oats meal than had a 30min nap before the gym today was leg day.

No swelling or pip from pinning the LGL is top of the range and I highly rate it, im excited to try more of there products very soon, once I can clean up some more of the fat we will be pushing to achieve a half decent look before going on holiday in September.

This is an awesome start to this log. I love your supplement list.
Definitely keep an eye on your body when it comes to different movements that you're not able to do that smart, you want to make sure you take care of your body.
