Well the hotel I’m staying out has a half decent cardio set up so I was up at 4am to day cardio hahah
30min Stationary bike at 125-130BPM
6 round on the assault bike 30 on 30 off

Took no AAS as I can pin when I’m back on Sunday.
So todays plan was do my cardio at 4am than drive 30min to a gym near by that has decent equipment to train legs than back to the hotel for the night.
I’ve ate more calories in 24 hours than I have the last 30 days probably but spending quality time away with my partner is a priority. Had about 5 plates of food at the breakfast Buffett
