Well the hotel I’m staying out has a half decent cardio set up so I was up at 4am to day cardio hahah
30min Stationary bike at 125-130BPM
6 round on the assault bike 30 on 30 off

500mcg BPC & TB500

Took no AAS as I can pin when I’m back on Sunday.

So todays plan was do my cardio at 4am than drive 30min to a gym near by that has decent equipment to train legs than back to the hotel for the night.

I’ve ate more calories in 24 hours than I have the last 30 days probably but spending quality time away with my partner is a priority. Had about 5 plates of food at the breakfast Buffett 😂
Bunch of food porn pics and yes I took protein with me so I mixed it in with my cereal and fruit haha

I’ll post the leg day log later tonight

I am open to any advice of things I could add or implement along side this. The trial of running higher test and lower mast was the idea for the first 8 weeks, but with that being said I’m open to trying anything and logging my experience.

BODYWEIGHT 114.4KG

The increase in weight is purely water weight from the weekend, a few days eating and enjoying time away was well needed but we are locked back in. Todays session wasn’t logged as I wanted to just get the shoulder moving through different pathways and angles with some basic pull exercises.

I think you should try to stay at 500mgs testosterone and 200mgs masteron max to feel it out.

You should try a low dose 75-100mg Tren per week when you are in the meat of your cutting cycle. That will allow you to hold onto every ounce of muscle mass.

don’t respond well to 19nor compounds and I’ve spend 12 months fixing my skin. But it’s something I’m considering

First day of new program nothing crazy but sets the standard to beat next week. DB pressing is back, not a huge fan of these but they work.

Worth it. Scale Weight doesn’t mean anything rn I’m heavier, leaner and stronger which is kinda crazy responding well to the AAS and GH and the Peptides are doing there thing.

How would having a high masteron dose help you in a deficit?
Masteron is a light SERM at best. Actually having more testosterone straight test is a better option as you get into a deficit, its a fact I've worked with a lot of clients on. @Ben10

If you have hunger, consider adding more protein bars and shakes as you work. @Ben10
If you get back on track start more AM fasted cardio.

Training is legit considering your schedule.
