easing back into it but it feels great to be able to add these movements back in with very little discomfort. This week has been a struggle work has been crazy and struggled to stick to meals as hunger it through the roof as I don’t stop moving from 4am till about 7pm. But come next week should be alittle less crazy.

Excited to get strong again and move half decent weight again just need to slowly work back up to it.
Legs and arms tomorrow. Also time management is shocking atm and struggling to get fasted cardio done but fingers crossed I finish this job today that’s 2 hours away so I don’t have to travel to far every day
