PULL DAY

easing back into it but it feels great to be able to add these movements back in with very little discomfort. This week has been a struggle work has been crazy and struggled to stick to meals as hunger it through the roof as I don’t stop moving from 4am till about 7pm. But come next week should be alittle less crazy.

Legs and arms tomorrow. Also time management is shocking atm and struggling to get fasted cardio done but fingers crossed I finish this job today that’s 2 hours away so I don’t have to travel to far every day
@Ben10 Very nice hardcore iron training at its finest. I like the different amount of repetitions and sets you're doing. You're moving from one workout and exercise to another I like it.

Yeh I’ll be careful for now. No pushing no crazy weight, small increases week to week to get back to 100% and still keeping peptides and gh in as a precaution
