Appetite was suppressed from the reta so I swapped to a few easy options to get cals in. Adding Peanut butter and olive oil to my meals fats were higher than usual but no real complaints.

holy shit lad over 20k steps!? with reta, you add in gh your gunna be fucking peeeeeeled, super keen to see, let us know how you go with the 2iu, leaner you get more responsive youll be to everything, aim of the game would be to get your gh in and then be able to lower your aas doses, but if i remember correctly your doses arent crazy anyway, so just be great to see the synergy!

Reta is working amazing appetite is suppressed a lot and I have no desire to eat anything off plan

Body weight is in the 110-111kg range now so we are starting to get lean.
Cardio 30min fasted
Steps 17,860 just from work made the misso walk the dog so I could actually relax at night for once.
