Motivation is on a fkn high rn, feeling stronger leaner and more confident each day.
Strength is shooting up and enjoyed todays leg day very thoroughly as we weee able to push some weight I’ve never really been able to move.
Fasted cardio 30min
Steps 21,600
Food around 3950
Appetite was suppressed from the reta so I swapped to a few easy options to get cals in. Adding Peanut butter and olive oil to my meals fats were higher than usual but no real complaints.

Overall a great session and I’m happy with the process I am making, I highly vouch for the Retatrutide being a fkn game changer! For anyone that’s in prep or cutting this is small add on that makes a world of difference .
Gh and more BPC has been ordered so I’m excited to add in gh.
Will be using 2UI Pre bed to see if it improves sleep.

My phone camera is currently smashed but once I get it fixed or a new phone I’ll be recording some sets consistently, I’ve found a way to suppress them so I can get videos uploaded on here. Enjoy your night guys!

REST DAY LOG 23/4/25
Reta is working amazing appetite is suppressed a lot and I have no desire to eat anything off plan

Body weight is in the 110-111kg range now so we are starting to get lean.
Cardio 30min fasted
Steps 17,860 just from work made the misso walk the dog so I could actually relax at night for once.

Body weight dropping day to day now, still fluffy but am making solid progress

Woke up today feeling great for once, have the day off work so was able to sleep in till 6am which felt absolutely amazing wanted to use today to relax so up and took my dog for a 60min walk, than did my 30min cardio in the garage.
Had my first 2 meals than headed to the gym at 9am, I planned on doing arms in the morning but my partner asked me to train legs with her at night so I’ve done a double session and I know it’s not the best for recovery but wanted to make her happy I haven’t logged the leg session as majority of leg exercises weren’t performed very hard.

@Ben10 This is a very strong workout log. Keep up the excellent work, prioritize recovery, and continue to track your progress. Remember to listen to your body and adjust your training and nutrition as needed.

Yeh ofc bro I’ve been having 1-2 rest days a week and nutrition is on point still around 3.8cals a day

A FKN CRAZY LEG SESSION
We are feeling great! Has a huge session today legs looked decent (which is rare) considering still a higher body fat % veins and the thickness from the pump was crazy.
The session all sets of hammies taken to 1RIR didn’t count just went till I couldn’t do anything else
