Motivation is on a fkn high rn, feeling stronger leaner and more confident each day.
Strength is shooting up and enjoyed todays leg day very thoroughly as we weee able to push some weight I’ve never really been able to move.

Appetite was suppressed from the reta so I swapped to a few easy options to get cals in. Adding Peanut butter and olive oil to my meals fats were higher than usual but no real complaints.

Overall a great session and I’m happy with the process I am making, I highly vouch for the Retatrutide being a fkn game changer! For anyone that’s in prep or cutting this is small add on that makes a world of difference .
Gh and more BPC has been ordered so I’m excited to add in gh.
Will be using 2UI Pre bed to see if it improves sleep.
