Never normally do this but the boys were doing it and thought fuck it I’ll give it a go

We are feeling amazing progress is only going to get better now that I’m back to training upper this week.

30min cardio fasted 120-130BPM

14k steps

10min cardio post WO



5AM legs with the boys all sets were brutal and pushed outselves.



Cyber X Hack squat

Set 1 4PPS x11

Set 2 4PPS x8

Set 3 5PPS x5 + 3 assisted reps



Hammer strength Belt squat only done these a few times before so deffs something I’ll need to improve on

Set 1 5PPS x10

Set 2 5PPS x5 + 5 assisted reps

Set 3 4PPS x9 + 3 Assisted reps



Hammer strength leg press

Set 1 8.5PPS x12

Set 2 12PPS x7 + 2 assisted

Set 3 11PPs x6+ 5 assisted



Hamstring curls

Set 1 96kg x12

Set 2 110kg x9 + 2 assisted

Set 3 110kg x8 + 5 assisted



4 exercises performances with close to 2-0RIR absolutely cooked me and if you train this hard I give you props but I doubt any of use really do.

We are off to a huge day starting to get flat from being lean midsection is coming in and hip fat is disappearing. Food still just under 4000 cals, I’m hungry but motivation is there.

Today I had the chance to train with one of the biggest natties I’ve ever seen and fuck me it was a hard session.

Legs

Hack squat

Set 1 5PPS x9

Set 2 5PPS x8



Single leg extensions

Set 1 76kg

Set 2 76kg

Set 3 84kg



Seated hamstring curls

Set 1 110kg x12

Set 2 110kg x10

Set 3 110kg x11

Set 4 110kg + 80kg drop set 10, 9



Abduction machine

Set 1 134kg x20

Set 2 134kg x17



Barbell back squat (never do these had no idea how much weight to use)

Set 1 140kg x12

Set 2 180kg x8

Set 3 180kg x6

Set 4 205kg x1



After the squats I was absolutely cooked and it’s deffs something I don’t like doing but I just had to match the weight my training partner did Cus I didn’t want to seem weak. Also did 45 min post WO on the bike and 20min fasted in the morning.
