Good evening evo fam, been absolutely smashed with work and life this week but still managed to hit macros and training.

Feeling a little rough atm as doing a lot of overtime at work and the fatigue is fkn killing me but we still showed up and did what we needed.

Gh is deffs improving sleep (could be placebo) but I’m having deeper sleeps with less interruptions. Keen to give it a few months and really see the effects
That is the most important aspect still finding the time with getting everything done and staying on path.

Strength is increasing I’m getting bigger and leaner. Trained with a gym bro today so that I had some to push me, implemented a bunch of intensityers to the sets to really make the most out of it

The most boring thing to train but i looked crazy… the pumps and the strength increases I have been getting is insane. The gear is deffs settled in. As usual I’m always transparent
