Approved Log Test, Primo, HGH, Insulin - Cutting my way to 45 - Cycle Log

Thank you all for the warm and encouraging welcome. I do believe some of you gentlemen need to get to the optometrist quick smart if you are seeing rock hard abs and a tight waist 🤣 But we will get there.

@LevButlerov I think the insulin will be reduced / dropped once the calories start dropping. No ai’s on hand… I like to live dangerously. I honestly have never had a need for them. I have only ever gotten spicy nipples on one occasion when I smashed 1500mg of Test E before heading overseas for a fortnight.

@BodyMonster34 only red meat here is 100% Aussie beef…. I’d say it’s the best beef in the world… but I don’t want to make the ‘trade war’ worse than it already is 😩

Hi everybody, I have been invited to run a log by the good squids at KAOS Anabolics.

Feeling way outside of my comfort zone doing this, but as I prepare to head into a cut I believe it may help keep me a bit more accountable with my actions.

Current stats:

Age - 44
Height - 178cm
Weight - 96.0kg

Currently coming towards the end of a growth phase, no pre determined end date. Leaving that decision up to the professionals. Taking it week by week at the moment.

I am currently the heaviest I have ever been… but with way better composition.

Coaching: @Anabolik_chikin

Macro Split:

3430 cal - 245P / 410C / 90F

Training :

Resistance - Chest & Delts / Back (Upper Back Focused) / Arms / Rest / Legs / Upper Pump / Rest

Cardio - 1 x 30 minutes LISS

Supplements:
2 x Multivitamin gummies daily.
I keep it pretty simple.

Current Cycle:
800 Test / 400 Primo / 200 NPP
5iu GH
15iu lantus

This is the biggest cycle I have run. I believe the plan is to continue running the same compounds with lower doses during the start of the cut with some possible tweaks to the regime towards the end.

live dangerous is one thing, but having actual long term damage from high estrogen is another, no need for that. LOL! at your pic.
 
You make a valid point, I am due (overdue) for some bloodwork. Might be worth a discussion with the coach depending on results.
Even if you got full bloodwork, there is no way to know estrogen damage to your brain as an exmaple.
