The growth phase has come to an end. Time to put down the fork and get shredding.

Maxed out at 97.9kg fasted, or 215.8 freedom units.

Tweaks to the regime are:

Macro Split:
- 3140 calories
230P / 375C / 80F


Cardio:
- Increase to 1 x 60minutes LISS

Supplements:
- Will be adding 1ml Kaizen on training days when it arrives @Driven-Nutrition …. Fine I haven’t even ordered it yet… but when I do…

Current Cycle:
- 300 Test E / 200 Mast E / 100 NPP
- 5iu GH
- 15iu lantus

We are up 18kg in total… will be interesting to see how much of it is actually muscle
Usually before and after are left before and right after :D yours is the other way. But you look amazing, super shredded and lean, very impressive gains! @FullRetard

18 kg is a lot of weight. we want to focus on lean gains though going forward IMO

Good evening, I am pleased to submit the first update since the commencement of my cut, proudly brought to you by @KAOS Anabolics 🦑 🐙 🦑 🐙

First two weeks of the cut compete. Weighed in 95.8kg on Saturday May 3rd. That’s a 2.1kg drop from peak bulk weight Followed up with a further 1.5kg drop to 94.3kg on Saturday May 10th. Solid start, good initial motivation…. but I’m betting there is a lot of fluid in those drops. Might see things slow down a bit this week.

This weeks tweaks to the regime are

- 2895 calories (down from 3140)

230P / 325C / 75F

Cardio:

- 1 x 60minutes LISS (Stayed the same)

Supplements:

Have now added 0.5ml Kaizen from @Driven-Nutrition on training days.

Current Cycle:

- 300 Test E / 200 Mast E / 100 NPP

- 3iu GH

Have dropped GH slightly due to a limited supply in the fridge. Will bump it back up once I secure some more. Insulin has now been dropped.

I will attempt to put up some training data and food pictures in the next week. Life has been pretty hectic lately. Thank you all for the support, you guys are way too flattering… it’s very unusual 🤣
