First two weeks of the cut compete. Weighed in 95.8kg on Saturday May 3rd. That’s a 2.1kg drop from peak bulk weight Followed up with a further 1.5kg drop to 94.3kg on Saturday May 10th. Solid start, good initial motivation…. but I’m betting there is a lot of fluid in those drops. Might see things slow down a bit this week.
This weeks tweaks to the regime are
Macro Split:
- 2895 calories (down from 3140)
230P / 325C / 75F
Cardio:
- 1 x 60minutes LISS (Stayed the same)
Supplements:
Have now added 0.5ml Kaizen from
@Driven-Nutrition on training days.
Current Cycle:
- 300 Test E / 200 Mast E / 100 NPP
- 3iu GH
Have dropped GH slightly due to a limited supply in the fridge. Will bump it back up once I secure some more. Insulin has now been dropped.
