@DrDre71 if you have low testosterone I suggest you get on self-TRT for life 100-200mgs testosterone/week, cheap to self-TRT yourselfIf you have low-T how long can you stay on it for? I’m guessing it’s not something you take in your 50s until you die? Separately, what is the average cost in the US for it?
depending on the source one vial will run you max $100. if you are just on lets say 150 mgs weekly then you need 600 mgs monthly and therefore about 5 grams yearly. one vial typically has 2500 mgs so youd be spending max $200 per year. not bad. id get it legally through a doctor tho if possible. of course an AI and needle/syringe stuff will cost you too but thats not that expensive. test cyp is kinda the gold standard for trt dosed twice weekly (100-200 mgs per week).@LevButlerov What are we talking about when you say cheap? $100, 150, 200 per month?

That is the intent of TRT. Your replacing the test your body is deficient in. You would stay on indefinitely.@Mobster Stay on it forever was my question, if prescribed by doc at low level like 100-200 mg/week.
If they are offering you deca and var than it's a clinic and they are just looking to take your money and it's gonna be expensive. If you can do it through your GP that is best. You'll prob haver to see and endo as well. If your at 289 your a perfect candidate. I was around 200 at 41yo. If you have a script than no worries traveling within US. Are you going to other countries? That's a little trickier.I have and my testosterone was like that of a pre-pubescent 10 year old boy 289 (at age 52). Speaking to my GP on Monday. First i spoke to one group what was willing to give me Deca, Anavar, whatever i wanted in addition to Test. I need to learn more about the non-injectable forms of Test. I travel a lot for work and don’t want to worry about carrying syringes and all the gear.
True TRT is NOT something you do for a bit. It's why it's a bad idea to artificially lower your test just to get on TRT. I get that many American's want to get TRT paid for by their medical insurance. Heck, you're putting out 100's of bucks a month so yeah.@Mobster Stay on it forever was my question, if prescribed by doc at low level like 100-200 mg/week.
