Test / Tren / Clen - Cycle layout

Hi Vets I'm looking to run a Test, Tren & Clen cycle.

Can you guys recommend what kind of Test and Tren to run and PCT recommendations for the cycle.

First - skip the clen. Clen is really over rated. Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep. Cardarine is a way better fat burner with much less side effects.

I recommend running the testosterone higher then tren to keep side effects to a minimum. I really like a dosage of 500mg/week for test and 300mg/week for tren.

It's best to use tren ace for a first cycle with tren because if side effects occur and you want to stop taking the drug, it'll clear out of your system fast.

Remember to include the proper support supplements in your cycle. A test/tren cycle needs 3 main support supplements:
1. An AI (aromasin) to keep estrogen in the low-normal range
2. An anti-prolactin drug (cabergoline) to keep prolactin in the low-normal range
3. Cardarine to increase fat loss, endurance and prevent tren related side effects like tren cough

This is how I would run your cycle:
Weeks 1 - 10
Testosterone e 500mg/week (inject 250mg Monday and Friday)
Tren ace 300mg/week (inject 100mg Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
aromasin 10mg EOD
cabergoline 0.25mg EOD
cardarine 20mg/day

Test with Ai and tren with caber is nessery .if you use tren acc then test prop is would be good because both ester is short..and clen it is one of the 3rd class nasty drug dont use it...tren is much hard of your cardio system and clen ???......dont hammering of your cardio system dont do that advoid clen .....that is my opinion ...but that up to you good luck

If you want to run long esters, then muskate's outline is actually pretty good. The only part I would disagree a little bit is maybe the length, and I would do it for 12 weeks instead of 10

Yes, this is very important. Especially when you ask what "kind" of test and tren to run. We want to give proper advice.
 
When it comes to stacking testosterone with trenbolone, it is very important to use the right ancillaries in order to minimize the possible side effects. For estrogen control you need to use an AI, and aromasin would be a much better choice than arimidex. Arimidex will stress the lipids, just like trenbolone will do, so you will end up with your lipids all messed up. Meanwhile, aromasin will increase the levels of good cholesterol, hence leveling out the increase in bad cholesterol caused by trenbolone. Then, keep in mind that trenbolone will increase prolactin levels, so you need to keep that under control with the use of cabergoline from the first day of the cycle at a dosage of 0.25 mgs EOD. Regarding the dosage of aromasin, it is 10 mgs EOD from the first day of the cycle.

Then, I would suggest you to keep the dosage of trenbolone within reasonable. It is an extremely potent steroid, so there is no need to use high dosages of this steroid. Usually, you should have plenty with as much as 300-400 mgs per week.

Finally, drop clenbuterol because it was never meant for fat loss purposes, and when taken at dosages needed for that it will cause a lot of side effects (such as headached, crams, increased blood pressure, stomach disorders, insomnia, and many more stim related side effects). Besides, it is completely catabolic, so it will not only burn fat, but also lean muslce mass. Therefore, it will mostly reduce your overall mass, not just fat. What's more, it will also increase cortisol levels, which may lead to further fat gains, and other undesired effects.

For this reason, I strongly recommend you to use some safer alternatives that were meant for fat loss and recomping all along. For instance, Cardarine GW will effectively burn fat, but at the same time it will maintain your lean mass. Additionally, it will greatly enhance your endurance and recovery, leading to improved cardio performance, which will ultimately help with fat loss even more. The best part of it is that it causes no side effects at all.

You can stack it with N2Slin, which is a potent nutrient partitioner, which will redistribute insulin into the muscles instead of fat. It does not have side effects either, so it is completely safe to use. I have personally used both, and my wife has also done so - the results were always beyong expectations, and there were no issues at all.

Besides, it has a time proven ability to greatly reduce most of trenbolone's side effects without adding any of its own. Hence, you would be getting a compound that will improve the cycle quality and will counter trenbolone's side effects without any additional burdain.
