Training
I want to bring up a couple of weaker points of mine such as my legs and back. Arms and Chest are a strong point for me so they will receive less volume but still enough to grow, but i will prioritize my legs and back.
I don't really have a structured split but I'm hitting my weak points twice a week and my strong points once a week. I'm doing high/moderate volume (3x sets)

@Jezzaa bro all in with this stack. 200mgs tren good. would prefer you push to 500mgs

@Jezzaa its a pretty good cycle layout. i actually like how you kept tren 200mgs only and are using ace. If the side effects get too nasty, you can always lower the dose or stop it.

@Jezzaa good job with your support supplements on a cycle like that. tren and test alone is quite toxic. not to mention the anavar on top which strains the liver. So, you are doing a great job.
Also much respect for talking about your weaker points and wanting to bring them up.
