Im currently trying to put on some size in a lean surplus, i struggle to eat but we're locking in
so ill be making sure to get my food in every day, starting off on
3400 calories
230g protein
350g carbs
3-5l water every day
Training
I want to bring up a couple of weaker points of mine such as my legs and back. Arms and Chest are a strong point for me so they will receive less volume but still enough to grow, but i will prioritize my legs and back.
I don't really have a structured split but I'm hitting my weak points twice a week and my strong points once a week. I'm doing high/moderate volume (3x sets)
