Pinned 1.5ml of @Evo Genetics Pharma DHB yesterday (150mg) before gym and had the most insane pump veins popping felt great on the weights even with my sore shoulder. Meals today/yesterday - on the go at work limited breaks

Meal 1 - cheese/tomato bread roll, protein shake and a protein bar

Meal 2 - protein shake and protein bar

Meal 3 - noodles with 180g chilli tuna

Meal 4 - bowl of rice bubbles, banana, protein bar, cashew nuts/walnuts

Pre workout - high protein/low carb bread roll, black coffee, lots and lots of water

Meal 6 - Lebanese sausages with onion, corn kernels and mexican rice

After dinner Snack 😈Paddle pop (rainbow flavoured) 😎😎

M7 - Protein shake before bed

Didnt count carbs or calories but protein is around the 300 Mark today/yesterday

Dont judge me - diet may not be
perfect some days but it works IIFYM 💪🏽💪🏽

Vitamins/Supps - 6g of Vitamin C, 2000mcg Vit B12, Mens performance Multivitamin, 40mg Zinc, 1000mg Metformin, 15mg Cialis


No injections today but had my daily 60mg anavar 💊💊

for IIFYM standards thats not a bad diet. you should see American style IIFYM and compare it lol
